Roxanne M. Griffin, M.S. , L.M.H.C.
In addition to individual, group and family counseling experience, Roxanne has more than twenty-three years of progressive responsibilities in sales and marketing in senior corporate management positions. As Vice President of Metropolitan Sales, for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois, she held primary responsibility for the sale and marketing activity of HMO Illinois, the largest HMO in the state. Consulting experience includes: Wm. M. Mercer, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and holding the Senior Consultant position with Johnson & Higgins, Cleveland,Ohio. Roxanne has been on staff at several universities and is currently an instructor of Psychology, Success Strategies, and Career Skills courses at Kaplan University. Roxanne is currently a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Kaplan University. As a Supreme Court Certified Mediator, Roxanne has successfully mediated more than 600 cases.
